Main house can be rented with or without guest house.
Rates depend on rental of main house only, or main house and guest house, and number of persons.

Prices include:
- Linens (bed, bath, kitchen, pool)
- Final cleaning
- Garden and pool maintenance
- Any garden produce in season
- Electricity, water
- Wifi
- Firewood for fireplace and pizza oven
Prices do not include:
- Inventory and damage deposit of $500
- Additional cleaning and maid service
- Heating charges
